Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving set goals, CRM objectives and action plans
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels, work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies
  • Work closely with sales and operations to drive sales
  • Assist the team to prepare sales and marketing materials
  • Support in CRM database, marketing activities analytic, drive efficiency and optimize result
  • Support e-commerce business initiative to drive digital business performance
  • Explore potential partnerships with new and high potential client recruitment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM and brand marketing, with experience in beauty / skincare sector is preferred but not a must
  • Sound knowledge in retail digital marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business level English, Mandarin, and Cantonese with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive, Marketing & CRM

Responsibilities

  1. Product & Brand Marketing
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with brand ethos and business goal;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, R&D, E-commerce and Sales) and externally with landlords, partners and agencies/vendors to optimize product launches, promotions and brand marketing;
  • Proactive player who always eyes market trends and internal enhancements to drive efficiencies and amplify results. Partner with PR team to secure high value collaborations and targeted marketing opportunities.
  1. Data-driven Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance to refine targeting and ROI;
  • Design and deploy omnichannel strategies along with the digital and retail team to attract high-value customers. Implement A/B testing for creatives/formats and marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and conversion;
  • Lead referral programs and post-trial engagement tactics.
  1. Reporting & Innovation
  • Monitor results weekly and present performance reports with actionable insights (such as: customer spending, top products marketing and link/cross-selling strategies, lead activation, and behavioral analysis);
  • Stay ahead of luxury beauty trends, emerging platforms, and competitive benchmarking;
  • Experiment with new tech to elevate customer experience;
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury brand, beauty, FMCG or related industry;
  • Experience in retail O2O marketing, agency and e-commerce experience is an advantage;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
  • Strong data and customer analytics skills, navigate customer data analytics and/or BI visualization (e.g. Qlikview/Odoo) and identify the actionable insights about drivers of business performance;
  • Strong written and verbal communication, creative thinking, and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in developing prospecting methodologies and proactive in customer acquisitions;
  • Strong in product marketing will be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Immediately available / short notice is preferred.

  • Solid training experiences in beauty treatment and apparatus;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Presentable, self-motivated, good team player, detail-minded and able to meet tight schedule under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive, Training & Talent Development
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
