Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small HR team to deliver full-spectrum HR services.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating business objectives into actionable people and communication strategies.
  • Provide expert insights on talent market intelligence, workforce trends, and high-level hiring strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring outcomes align with business timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost-efficiency.
  • Drive HR transformation by continuously refining recruitment workflows, governance frameworks, and policies to elevate the candidate experience.
  • Manage comprehensive C&B operations, including monthly MPF, LSP/SP calculations, tax filings, and insurance renewals.
  • Strategize and execute robust total rewards frameworks, integrating competitive pay scales and rigorous market benchmarking.
  • Lead job mapping and systematic job evaluation exercises to establish a robust job grading framework, synchronizing internal roles with industry benchmarks to foster internal alignment and support precise salary forecasting.
  • Lead the end-to-end annual performance management program, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management on merit increases and incentive allocations.
  • Manage complex monthly payroll final payment calculations, ensuring full compliance with labor ordinances regarding notice periods, annual leave compensation, and statutory entitlements (e.g. 713 & 468 Ordinance in HK).
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures in achieving corporate goals and visions and align with labour law.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
  • Develop a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and strategic branding roadmap to amplify the Company’s market presence as a premier employer of choice.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience with a focus on HR operations, and preferably in FMCG / retail / luxury sectors.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and ECO.
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

  • Ensure CDP development, CRM and MKT Automation solutions and interfaces, align with company and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge or exposure of Odoo / Power BI / any Marketing Automation software and AI-driven systems/software such as RI+, MS Fabric, Python; is a plus
  • Preferably with 2 years solid working experience in development of applications/Web using Microsoft.NET, HTML/HTML5, CSS/JavaScript.
  • Self-motivated with trouble shooting skills, willing to learn, and good team player
  • More experiences will be considered as Senior Business Analyst Programmer
