Terms & Condition (Workshop)

Read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before participating in the mindful candle crafting workshop (“workshop”). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mtm labo. By attending this workshop, you confirm that you have read and understood these rules and agree to comply fully and unconditionally.
The workshop slots and privileges are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once registered, registration details including venue, date, and timeslot cannot be changed.
Payments for the workshop are non-refundable once confirmed.
In the event of any unsuccessful transactions or issues with processing, the transaction will be considered canceled.
Upon completion of transaction, a confirmation email will be sent, with the details of your workshop reservation.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the workshop will be considered canceled, and the reservation fee will be deducted without refund.
The reservation fee can be fully used to purchase mtm labo [ custom-blended skincare ] products and TIME by mtm labo essence, must be used on the day of the workshop. (not applicable to 3D collamoist lip treatment, make-up remover, solar shield plus SPF50+ PA+++ and solar shield aqua fit SPF25 PA++)
The reservation fee cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and it is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, or other goods.
Images of the workshop are taken from actual products; due to potential environmental, lighting, and printing effects, there may be slight discrepancies from the actual items.
If any participant is found to be using a fake number or account, plugins, or other unofficial means to attend the workshop, or to disrupt or manipulate the workshop in any way, the company will cancel that participant’s qualification without further notice.
Each person is limited to registering and participating in the workshop once.

mtm labo has the right to alter workshop times or content without prior notice, suspend, revise, or change these terms and any arrangements related to the workshop and may cancel or terminate the workshop at any time without prior notice or liability.
Participants must present the confirmation email to attend. Failure to show the confirmation will result in mtm labo reserving the right to cancel the confirmed participation.
The workshop may use wax, scissors and other tools; mtm labo will not assume any responsibility. Any questions or disputes regarding this activity will be subject to mtm labo’s final decision.
mtm labo will not be liable for any delays, losses, errors, or damages regarding the information you submit or notifications sent by mtm labo due to any reasons (including but not limited to computer, network, telephone, or technical issues) that are not attributable to mtm labo.
You must comply with the rules, terms, and conditions set by mtm labo and guarantee that the information provided is true and correct, without using any third party’s data.
If the workshop cannot proceed for any reason, including technical issues, mtm labo reserves the right to cancel, temporarily suspend, modify, or pause the workshop.
If a typhoon (signal No. 8 or above) or black rain signal is hoisted 2 hours before or 2 hours after the workshop, or if the mall is closed on the day of the workshop, that day’s workshop will be canceled, and mtm labo will contact participants to make alternative arrangements.
mtm labo reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes regarding the workshop.
