Terms & Conditions
- Customers cannot use bonus credits from member’s account to offset the prepayment. If any bonus credit is applied to the prepayment, the order will be cancelled and will not be eligible for any cash-back.
- Cash back will be rewarded as e-voucher code via email on 14 Nov 2025, the e-voucher code can be used as cash deduction toward regular‑priced skincare products, facial treatments, spa services, and medical aesthetic treatments, valid until 31 Jan 2026.
- Each cash back item can be purchased once in single transaction per customer.
