Job Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Operations Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail store managers regarding daily operational issues (inventory discrepancies, and facility maintenance arrangements).
  • Standardize and optimize across all retail locations to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment and manage seasonal inventory transitions.
  1. Data Management & Reporting
  • Create and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from multiple retail touchpoints.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Sales Leadership team to improve bottom-line performance.
  1. Commission & Incentive Administration
  • Manage the end-to-end process for sales commission calculations, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Resolve any disputes or queries from the sales staff regarding incentive payouts.
  • Regularly review the effectiveness of incentive schemes and propose adjustments based on current sales targets and market conditions.
  1. Process Improvement
  • Evaluate existing workflows and implement automation tools (e.g., in Excel) to reduce manual data entry and human error.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years in Retail Operations, Sales Support, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas are a MUST).
  • A “hands-on” attitude with the ability to troubleshoot retail issues under pressure.
  • Exceptional accuracy in data handling, especially concerning financial figures and payroll-related calculations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between corporate stakeholders and frontline retail staff.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and detailed customer analysis on demographics, behaviors and purchasing propensities of new and existing customers
  • Perform in-depth campaign analysis to measure effectiveness of different marketing and CRM programs and provide actionable recommendations to generate improvements for future campaigns
  • Perform predictive/forecast analysis for strategic planning
  • Assist in conducting in-depth customer research (Quantitative or Qualitative) to gain deeper understanding of customer needs, preferences, pain points, and expectations
  • Collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand business needs, provide analytics solution and support their decision-making process
  • Create and maintain BI dashboards

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Analysis/ Data Management/ Statistics/ Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in customer data analytic, market research or
  • statistical modelling preferably in FMCG/beauty/retail industry
  • Strong in SQL database data mining, MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Knowledge in Power BI / Qlikview will be an advantage
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
  • Strong presentation skills and able to articulate analysis insights to audience from different backgrounds
  • Agile team player with collaborative and inclusive style
  • Open-minded, self-motivated, attentive to details and result-oriented
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate available is an advantage
